Description

*NEW* This is a (paper) pattern for "Simple Pleasures" by Christine Shively. This is an unusual 20" abstracted tube body structure that involves topstitching a shape on the surface to create an interesting structural shape. Tab head, wired fingers. Ribbon manipulation head dress, beaded draping to frame the face, hair attachment are included in the pattern. Draping of drapery scrim and tassels make for a very interesting figure that is intended to hang on a wall. Discussion of placement and shaping of features on the face, highlight and shadow to create depth are also included. Colored pencil, Pigma pen and acrylic paint will be used for the face.
