Vintage Parasol Umbrella with Unique Handle and Crown Logo

Vintage Parasol Umbrella with very Unique handle design
The handle is metal with a gold tone that is wearing off. The parasol itself is probably made of nylon or similar material.
There is a crown logo on the snap that I cannot identify.
