Vintage Miller Safety Rope Buckles Hooks Lineman Climbing

Does show wear and there is some fraying of the rope on the ends. Buckle or hooks show wear but are in working order.
Item would need to be check closely before being used for its intended purpose. This came out of a vintage Bell System lineman bag. Please see pictures for the are part of the description.
