ngine is not locked up but not tested to run.
Engine turns when cord is pulled.
Do not have the fuel, battery and igniter to test. Selling as-is. The interior looks complete with steering wheel, shifter and seats. The rear of the body is cracked and part of the missing piece is taped to the inside which can be glued back. I did not clean or polish but will clean up nicely, if desired. See pictures for details and condition.
