Victorian Oscar Nailon Red Parasol Umbrella with Jeweled Handle & Cover-LOOK !!

Description

A vintage parasol or umbrella with a wrapped rope tassel with a very cool jeweled handle.
The umbrella opens and closes as designed.
The canopy is made of what appears to be nylon and is intact with no holes or tares.
A tassel is wrapped around the handle.
It appears the wood part of the handle had some paint chips that were colored in quite nicely with matching black coloring.
Comes with the original cover (with a working clasp) also in the red color. Signed
"NAILON" ... which I believe is the Italian designer Oscar Nailon.
Some patina consistent with the age.
Really nice, original, functional umbrella/parasol.
