    Completely AWESOME and RARE 1912 book by the Tacoma Commercial Club & Chamber of Commerce, Tacoma, Wash.
    32 pages wrapped in the cover and another thick 2nd page.
    The first and last pages show illustrations titled: Commerce, Timber, Agriculture & Manufactures.
    Inside numbered pages have the following headings: The Story of Tacoma, Location, Tacoma-The City of Homes, Climate, The City’s Growth-A Page of History, Manufacturing-Power, Tacoma’s Harbor-Commerce, Tacoma and the Country Tributary, The Scenic Attractions of Which Tacoma is the Center, Other Points of Interest & Additional Information.
    Beautiful pictures of downtown buildings, logging, ships, railroad, mountains, The Rose Show, rivers, homes, industry, the Great Stadium and a 2 page center map of the city!
    Front cover has a tear, water stain and slight warping, edge wear etc. The back has discoloration and edge wear. Inner pages are VERY good! There is only one spot under the upper panoramic picture of downtown on page 11, that someone labeled in small script under a building “Tacoma Bldg”. There is no other writing or tears etc.
    Binding is 3 metal staples which are NOT rusty and securing all pages fine.

    I have a orderly NO smoking, NO pet home. I can’t guarantee where every vintage item has been but I NEVER sell anything covered in hair, smelling of smoke or any other funk!
