Polaroid Camera Back with 5.6 4.5 lens and 545 holder

Description

For sale is a unique Polaroid camera assembly.  I see with what appears to be a 545 film holder, an intermediate piece with a Bando Densen cable, topped by a camera back with a lens with marks for 11 and 8 and 5.6 and 4.5.  It weighs 4 pounds.
