PIECE Of SEATTLE ALASKAN WAY VIADUCT Very Rare Collectible Souvenir Memorabilia
This is an exceptionally rare piece of memorabilia from the Seattle Viaduct (The Alaskan Way Viaduct).
The Alaskan Way Viaduct is a defunct elevated freeway in Seattle Washington that carried a section of State Route 99 (SR 99).  The double-decked freeway ran north-south along the city's waterfront for 2.2 miles, east of Alaskan Way and Elliot Bay, and traveled between the West Seattle Freeway in SoDo and the Battery Street Tunnel in Belltown.
The city of Seattle started demolition of the Viaduct in early 2019 and this piece was collected on November 22, 2019 at the Friends of Waterfront Seattle facility on 1400 Western Avenue when WSDOT (The Washington State Department of Transportation) decided to distribute pieces of rubble after they had received tons of requests from people wanting a piece of the demolished Alaskan Way Viaduct.
Grab this one of a kind opportunity to own a piece of Seattle's history!
