This Linda Ronstadt & The Nelson Riddle Orchestra/What’s New Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab Limited Edition Original Master Recording High Fidelity Cassette (C-158) dates to the early 1980s, was rarely played at that time, and has been in storage since. It has a good appearance, it has been tested, and the J-card is intact.  However, it must be clearly noted that the pressure pad has loosened and may have shifted, and rather than attempting to remedy this on my own I thought it best to leave it to the buyer.
Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab’s limited-edition series of Original Master Recording High Fidelity Cassettes represents the ultimate in pre-recorded sonic reproduction. Each cassette is transferred directly from the recording artist’s original master tape and duplicated in “real time” ensuring total accuracy during the sonic transference process. In addition, MFSL uses only the highest quality, purest chromium dioxide tape stock guaranteeing maximum frequency response and negligible background noise. Dolby System noise reduction is also utilized. Further, the shell mechanism is designed to dramatically optimize playback by utilizing several performance improving features.
