The order must be returned to our warehouse within 30 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. We will not accept returns without a RMA. All returned merchandise must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Return and expedited shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If the return is the consequence of our error or a defective item then we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to exchange the item. Items purchased new and returned in a used condition may be subject to a restocking fee.
