Amber Fort
The most widely known fort in Jaipur is Amer Fort which is also one of the Hill Fort World Heritage Site as declared by UNESCO. Made from pink and yellow colored sandstone, the Amer Fort dominates the periphery of Jaipur from North. The fort dazzles in bright sunlight and attracts many a tourists. Amer Fort’s construction was commenced by Raja Man Singh I but it was completed by Sawai Jai Singh during the 18th century. Other than being a perfect combination of Rajput and Gujarati architectural designs, the fort is home to several amazing gardens, courtyards, palaces and temples. Some remarkable features of the Amer Fort are Sukh Niwas palace, Sheesh Mahal, Ganesh Pol, Man Mandir, Jai Mandir, Jaleb Chowk and the Sila Devi Temple.
Jal Mahal
The Jal Mahal is a beautiful palace in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake with five floors, four submerged in water and one over the water with an amazing terrace garden. The magnetic beauty of this palace makes one spell bound. The Jal Mahal used to be the hunting palace for the Maharajas of Jaipur as the Man Sagar Lake is a habitat for several species of birds and ducks.
Galtaji  Also known as Monkey Temple
Located 10 kms away from Jaipur City; Galtaji is a pilgrimage site of Hindus which is located in the Khania Balaji town. This town is known for the famous Galtaji Temple and other temples respectively. The Galtaji Temple derives its name from Galav who was a famous saint who meditated and did penance here. The temple was later constructed by a courtier of Sawai Jai Singh II named Diwan Rao Kriparam in eighteenth century. The temple is also known for the natural springs which form several reservoirs and tiered waterfalls which are considered sacred. Here huge colonies of macaque monkeys reside in the Ramgopalji temple in the complex. These monkeys have also been featured in the National Geography Channel’s series named ‘Rebel Monkey’.
City Palace
The royal City Palace of Jaipur is an attractive monument of Jaipur. Built with combining several architectural styles such as Rajasthani, European and Mughal, it is also the residence of the royal family of Jaipur. It is built using sandstone's and marbles; it also houses several archaic gates, palaces and temples. Also there is a museum for the tourists featuring manuscripts and royal costumes.
Jantar Mantar
The historical astronomical observatory was built by Sawai Jai Singh II in 1734 AD. The Jantar Mantar in Jaipur is the largest historical observatory in India having 19 instruments built using stone and brass. It is also UNESCO’s World Heritage Site.
After visiting above monument you will be transferred to your hotel at the end.
