All neys are hand picked and oiled every month for best sound. The neys are made by Husseyin who harvests the canes himself to make sure only highest grade canes are used. The canes are from ‘Hatai’ region near the border with Syria, as in this area grows the best canes. Every ney is checked and tested by a neyzen (professional ney player) for full playability in both high and low registers.

Good to know:
As most players in Turkey and around the world are playing with the left hand on the top. By default we are sending all our neys with a back hole located on the left side. If you need a ney with the hole on the right side, please contact us before ordering.
The most recommended scale for turkish music is B (kiz) and for Arabic music D (sipurde). The scale is named after the second hole, when 5 fingers are close.

Shipping:
We ship on daily basis music instruments to all over the world. Don't worry - we will pack your instrument  extra carefully. We ship the music instruments within 5 days from payment confirmation. Shipping time differs from country to country but is usually between 14-30 working days.
EMS shipping:
For EMS shipping please contact us and  we will arrange it and will charge you for the different by the rates of the delivery company.
Returns:
In case you are not happy with your product, you have 14  days to return an item from the date you  received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we  have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. You will be responsible for  paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
