This is a
cloth doll pattern/class tutorial
for "Street Fair" by Cindee Moyer. Originally, an online class, Street Fair was inspired by the big, baggy pants and Cindee's interest in creating a piece with a 'floating' balloon. Both the large and small figures are made from fabric, the body fabric doubling as the 'shirt' on the large doll. Instructions for different options for hair for both the large and small doll are included in the tutorial. Patterns for both dolls are included.
The large doll stands about 17" and the small doll about 6". There are two bases - one is 7" wide and the other 13", so you can use your own creativity when making your own!
