Antique Parasol Recovered

Description

This is a stunning Antique Parasol frame from the 1870's-1880's. The original cover was shattered so I brought life back to her with a gorgeous white 100% linen cover that has been machine embroidered with a beautiful motif. All 10 panels have been embroidered. The handle is wood with carved circles around the lower portion.
This would make a great addition to a re-enactors Wardrobe, or just to use when your out and about! It would look stunning in a wedding!
This parasol is designed to be used in the sun, NOT in the rain as it is not waterproof!
I recover parasols professionally and use period techniques, but with a sewing machine when I am able, and hand sew the rest.
