1970s testor,cox ??? van,not sure if ever run,motor not tested

was just starting to collect,but bad medical news forces me to sell most of my other collectables,i think testor,for sure early 70s,was gonna take off old stickers and pay a talented guy to paint it like a 70s hippie van,not sure if ever run,rear bumper broke in moving storage,have piece,sought a guy on net,talked to him,i wanted the most hippie pait job he can do lol
