    Description

    Vintage 1920s Electricar Kokomo tether race car. It is about 14 3/4" long and is complete with clip in drive and windshield - cowling. The tires have "Noscoe Plastics Made In USA" on them. Some minor paint loss along the bottom rail and the drive band  has rotted away. Awesome display piece or put a band on it and race it.
